4-Sight's Masquerada

Veronica has been part of our foundation herd since the day she was born! We just love her dark silver gray color! She is one of our top producing females! Just take a look at her progeny. Veronica packs the power punch for what we are breeding for in our gray huacaya breeding program. Her champion winning dam, Heatherbrook's Masquerada, comes from a long line of gray. Her sire, Snowmass Andean Midnight, brings the uniformity of micron and brightness of fleece we like to see in gray! We bred for exactly what we got in Veronica, and that does not always happen. Veronica is the spitting image of her dam with the soft handle of her sire. She has a slate gray fleece with a hint of blue hue, long staple, and a supple, soft hand. We could not be more pleased with her! Veronica started her career right on top and finished the same! Veronica is exactly what we are breeding for -- color with superior fleece traits! She is also a real love bug! Like her dam who is 17 and still producing rock star cria, Veronica is a great mother with plenty of milk and maintains a good weight while nursing her cria.
